Toni Gatz, Vice President of Business Development, has more than 25 years of business development and leadership management in strategic sales while marketing Fortune 500 brands and taking them to the next level in both growth and profitability.

Prior to joining The ProAction Group her career included roles such as VP of Sales, National Sales Director, VP of Employee Benefits, Business Performance Advisor and Account Management. She is strategic, process driven, and people centric. Her many years’ experience in sales extends across business strategies, organizational development, operations, and technology.

Toni partners with C suite to advise and consult business issues and challenges by leveraging a holistic approach to improve process, contain costs, improve employee retention and culture. Through these partnerships she helped grow sales, earnings and capital productivity.

Toni is a certified Insurance Broker licensed in Health & Life. She is a Board Member of the National Healthcare Institute (NHI) and National Director for HCI Chapter Chicago as well as a member of National Association of Women in Business.
