Eric MacDonald
Eric MacDonald has had 30 years’ experience in senior positions in the manufacturing sector including: electronics, medical, beverages, construction, consumer goods, and plastics. Eric has held positions as Plant Manager, Director of Operations, Project Manager and Manufacturing Engineer that required an experienced lean transformation leader with a broad cross-functional background, that demonstrated success in driving improvements across transactional business processes.
He has worked and consulted with over 700 different manufacturing and service companies over his impressive career as a Lean Practitioner. Some of the industries he has experience in, include Medical Devices, Consumer Goods, Industrial Products, Steel Fabrication, Electrical Components / Power Distribution. He is accomplished in problem solving, lean principles, productivity, and standardizing processes. His expertise in these areas has been a welcome addition to the team.
Eric has a B.S. in Industrial Technology from California University of Pennsylvania and holds his MBA from Waynesburg University. Additionally, Eric holds certificates in Practical Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping and Lean Kaizen event facilitation, Master Kata Coach, and Lean Tool Implementations.
