He started as plant engineer and progressed to maintenance supervisor, maintenance superintendent, engineering manager, corporate support, and then manager overseeing operations in multiple plants. As Manager of Operations, he was responsible for budgets, throughput, KPI’s, and overseeing production and maintenance at 6 breweries. He established the maintenance template for their global roll out of SAP. He has been in charge of the activities of 15 supervisors and 90 union employees, coordinating with Corporate Engineering and Operations on a warehouse modernization project which resulted in the brewery having the lowest cost warehouse in the system.  Direct loading increased from 18% to over 50%, generating considerable labor savings. He has supervised union electricians and machinists in breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance of high speed packaging equipment and has been responsible for equipment modifications, and establishing spare part inventories.
