Shea Sullivan
Shea Sullivan is a solutions-driven executive and strategic partner with over 20 years of proven impact across the consumer goods, manufacturing, and services industries. She is passionate about operational business strategy, organizational change, process improvement, and strategic planning. Shea works with companies to drive business readiness, end-user adoption, and successful execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. She builds trust across cross-functional teams and delivers sustained improvements in business performance, data integrity, system integration, and customer experience.

She has a proven track record in strengthening leadership teams, enhancing customer engagement, and shaping positive organizational culture, consistently delivering measurable business transformation outcomes.

Prior to joining The ProAction Group, Shea has spearheaded the engineering strategy and execution for a custom sheet metal and plastics company with vertically integrated manufacturing, aligning customer needs with design and operational objectives. She has directed seamless onboarding of two acquired companies, overseeing system integration, reporting, and training within a six-month period to ensure a smooth transition and operational alignment. Shea has led the deployment of a comprehensive upgrade to CRM and ERP systems for a PE backed manufacturer, enhancing process efficiency, data visibility, and user experience. Additionally, she has created and implemented a successful roll-forward sales forecast and labor model for planning purposes, along with a project profitability model used in strategic planning and commission assessments.

Shea started her own consultancy and has led initiatives in firms ranging from $10MM to $200MM, reporting primarily to the CEO and/or COO. This experience includes strategic advisory roles, operational improvements, and transformative change efforts that drive measurable results.

Shea holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Marquette University and an Executive Certification in Product Design and Development from Northwestern University. She is EOS trained and possesses advanced training in Customer Experience.
