MANAGER
Job Description:
We are seeking highly qualified professionals that have a proven track record of delivering results as well as consistent career advancement. Our Managers have overall responsibility for project management, including interfacing with the client's senior management, designing project work programs, managing deliverables, and being actively involved in project execution.
This individual should have a breadth of experience that also enables them to quickly and accurately evaluate a company's operating performance from a financial, operations, and market position perspective. This would include identification and quantification of strengths, weaknesses and risks.
The following are the key characteristics we look for in our Managers (which is in addition to the traits listed on the Careers Home page):
- 15+ years of industry experience, including P&L responsibility
- Deep background in at least one relevant area of Supply Chain
- Ability and desire to play a hands on role in project delivery - not just project oversight
- Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Ability to strategically, tactically, and creatively design and execute client solutions
- Ability to deliver results
- Ability to see the big picture and anticipate appropriate next steps
- Assist in the sales process as a subject matter expert
- Ability to transfer knowledge and develop others in our company
