ANALYST
Job Description:
Our Analysts play an integral role on our projects. Along with the Managers, they are interacting with our clients on a daily basis to identify and implement solutions. They have the responsibility of managing the day to day aspects of the work plan, knowing when to modify course, when to seek guidance, and effectively communicating progress.
Our analysts need to be able to work effectively with all of levels of client personnel - from shop floor worker to senior management. They must have a strong desire and ability to drive results and understand what it takes to do this.
The following are the key characteristics we look for in our Analysts:
- 5+ years of industry experience, with proven track record of accomplishments
- Strength in at least one relevant area of Supply Chain
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint
- The desire and drive to continually learn and advance
- Strong teamwork skills, both with client and ProAction personnel
- The ability to follow directions while also identifying and communicating issues that might merit a departure from the plan
